DUSON Welcomes Brown
Duke University School of Nursing is excited to welcome Jacqueline Brown to the Sickle Cell Disease Group!
Brown recently joined DUSON as a research program leader for Paula Tanabe's Sickle Cell Disease Group. Before joining DUSON, Brown served as communications manager and sickle cell program lead for Alliant Quality, the QIN-QIO for Georgia and North Carolina.
She has over ten years of experience in public relations, communications and community engagement and outreach through Duke Universty Health System and The Carolinas Center for Medical Excellence. Additionally, she has extensive experience in program development, landing a nationally recognized oral health collaborative as a grantee of the DentaQuest Foundation in Boston, MA.
Brown graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she earned a bachelor's degree in political science with a concentration in public relations. She also holds a Masters in Healthcare Administration and a Masters of Science in Organizational Leadership from Pfeiffer University.
She will be residing in Rutherford. Please help us welcome her to the DUSON family.
