DUSON Welcomes Li

Duke University School of Nursing is excited to welcome Aijun (Anna) Li as the director of assessment and evaluation!

Li will be responsible for leading the design, implementation and evaluation of DUSON’s systematic program evaluation plan and to guide initiatives that document the extent to which DUSON students meet established program outcomes and the School meets accreditation and other standards.

Li comes with experience in institutional assessment and accreditation compliance, program evaluation and student affairs assessment. Her most recent position was at Duke University as the director of assessment and research in the Division of Student Affairs, where she was responsible for leading the conceptualization and design of division strategies to assess student learning, programs and services of 21 departments and centers. She also served as the senior research associate for Institutional Research and Assessment at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the Institutional research Specialist for Bennett College for Women in Greensboro, NC.

Li earned her PhD in Educational Technology and EdM in Early Childhood Special Education from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and her BS in Physics from Jiangxi University, China. In addition, she earned a Non-Profit Leadership Certificate from UNC-Chapel Hill.
