DUSON Welcomes Outlaw

Duke University School of Nursing (DUSON) is excited to welcome Cecil Outlaw to the Financial Aid Office. Outlaw joins DUSON as a senior financial aid counselor. He joins us with almost 12 years of financial aid experience and a wealth of knowledge regarding federal regulations and compliance. Outlaw previously worked at the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill, North Carolina State University, and Durham Tech. He is currently on the conference planning committee for the North Carolina Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators.

Outlaw is a dedicated financial aid professional who enjoys working with students. He is a UNC graduate originally from Windsor, NC and currently lives in Mebane with his wife and son.
