Duke University School of Nursing welcomes Angela Ramsey as Admissions Staff Assistant and promotes Karen Jackson to Administrative Assistant in the Finance and Administration Office.

Ramsey is the new staff assistant in the Admissions Office, and she is looking forward to working with DUSON students, faculty and staff. She previously worked at DUHS as an Access Specialist and at Beacon Health as a claims analyst. She is from Durham, and is excited to start with DUSON.

Jackson has been a wonderful staff assistant for the past 3 years in the Healthcare in Adult Populations division. Prior to joining DUSON, she held leadership and coordination positions within the YMCA, including serving as the executive assistant to senior leaders in that organization. She also holds a bachelor’s degree from UNC, Wilmington. Her transition date will be November 12th.
