Tuesday, Nov. 14: Yoga Class

11:30 a.m. in Pearson 1140. Participation is on a first come, first serve basis.

Wednesday, Nov. 15: Relaxation Room

Come and relax and ease your mind in our new relaxation room. Regular interruption of chronic stress with relaxing mental “mini-vacation” can sustain your energy, your positive mood and your ability to cope with challenges. Join us in Pearson 3103 anytime between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. and stay for as long as you need to rejuvenate your day!

Thursday, Nov. 16: Strength Class

Due to instructor availability, no class will be held today.
