Relaxation Room
Come relax and ease your mind in the relaxation room. Regular interruption of chronic stress with relaxing mental "mini-vacations" can sustain your energy, your positive mood and your ability to cope with challenges. Visit Pearson 3103 anytime between 11 a.m. through 1 p.m. to enjoy mandala coloring, essential oils and relaxing scenery. Stay for as long as you need to rejuvenate your day!

Yoga Class
Come join us for a yoga class in Pearson 1140 at 11:30 a.m. This class is designed to be accessible to all levels of yoga proficiency and physical fitness - from the first-time practitioner to a seasoned "yogi," we will work to offer modifications for any experience level. Yoga mats are provided.

Join us for a strength class in Pearson 1140 at 12 p.m. All levels are welcome, participation is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
