Get a free snapshot of your health with LIVE FOR LIFE’s Health Assessment! Have your total cholesterol, blood pressure, blood glucose, weight, and BMI measured, and talk with an RN about opportunities to set and reach goals. Wednesday, Aug. 29 and Thursday, Aug. 30 in Duke North.
YOGA CLASSES – ROOM CHANGE
Yoga classes are every Tuesday from 11 until 11:45 a.m. in Pearson 1011 (this is a different room than previously advertised). These classes will be led by Lindsey Crawford, Registered Yoga Teacher and will focus on toning muscles, releasing physical tension and encouraging feelings of calm and balance. The class is accessible to all levels and mats are provided. Classes are free, register here to reserve a spot!
STRENGTH CLASSES
Strength classes with Christian Kennicott are every Thursday from 4:30 to 5:15 p.m. in Pearson 1140. Build total body strength through low impact body-weight exercises led by a trained Fitness Specialist. Classes are free, register here to reserve a spot!
