STRENGTH CLASSES
Strength classes with Christian Kennicott are every Thursday from 4:30 until 5:15 p.m. in Pearson 1140. Build total body strength through low impact body-weight exercises led by a trained Fitness Specialist. Classes are free, register here to reserve a spot!
YOGA CLASSES – **ROOM CHANGE THIS WEEK
Yoga classes led by Lindsey Crawford Tuesday from 11 until 11:45 a.m. in Pearson 1009**. This class will focus on toning muscles, releasing physical tension and encouraging feelings of calm and balance. The class is accessible to all levels and mats are provided.
RELAXATION ROOM
Thursday, Dec. 6 from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. in Pearson 3023, come and ease your mind in the relaxation room. Taking intentional breaks can help sustain energy, enhance mood and improve your ability to cope with challenges.
