Faculty and Staff Present at INANE Conference
A number of members from the DUSON community recently attended the International Academy of Nursing Editors (INANE) conference where they also presented their research.
Marilyn Oermann, professor, recently presented at the E3: Extreme Education for Editors Preconference Workshop at the INANE. Her presentation was entitled “Getting and staying organized: The editorial office and manuscript management.”

INANE is an international collaborative – a collective of nursing editors and publishers focused on meeting the practice, research and education needs of the nursing profession. Established in 1982, the group has organized an annual conference every year since – all without a formal organizational structure. Their primary mission is to promote best practices in publishing and high standards in the nursing literature.
