DUSON was contacted by ACHNE conference planners to showcase our response to the national public health crises of the COVID-19 pandemic and structural racism. Through the lenses of Education, Research, Clinical Practice and Service, the video described DUSON’s work to mitigate the pandemic and counter structural racism. On June 9, the video will be shown to a national audience attending the ACHNE Conference. Faculty and staff involved in the project include Donna Biederman, associate professor and D-CHIPP director, Irene Felsman and Schenita Randolph, assistant professors, Heather Mountz, program coordinator, D-CHIPP Community Health, and Rodney Bean, multimedia and user services specialist. A very special thanks goes to Rodney for his professionalism, bringing our vision to reality and working on a tight timeline.
