Families Moving Forward Receives Face Masks from Local Duke-Tied Nonprofit

Families Moving Forward, one of D-CHIPP's community partners, has received 75 face masks for its families and staff from local nonprofit Covering the Triangle. Covering the Triangle, which Eric Westman and Lawrence Howard Greenblatt with the School of Medicine and Duke medical students helped to start, works with local seamstresses to provide the face masks to vulnerable populations across the Triangle. D-CHIPP connected Families Moving Forward with Westman, who delivered the masks to the emergency shelter the same day.
