Fleming Receives Two Commitment to Excellence Awards
Congratulations to Nicole Fleming on being recognized for her Commitment to Excellence. "The MSN Admissions committee would like to nominate Nicole Fleming for a Commitment to Excellence award in recognition of the leadership, motivation and continuity she has provided our committee during her time with us. Nicole’s attention to detail and commitment to structure and process improvement allowed the group to review processes and identify areas we could improve communication with faculty and with applicants. With Nicole’s guidance, the admissions committee prepared and provided a “Road to Admissions” presentation for MSN faculty to make the process transparent and demystify how an applicant is selected for interview and how an applicant, an interview and an interview worksheet all come together and become a matriculated student and advisee." "I would like to nominate Nicole Fleming for the Commitment to Excellence Award. She continuously demonstrated excellence in the performance of her job duties of Admissions Officer. She fine-tuned the processes of her previous job in Admissions and made sure that the faculty and applicants had what they needed to complete the application process. She processed the largest load of applications in the Admissions Office, because she was responsible for the largest programs."
