Have you enrolled in getting your W-2 electronically? If not, please considering doing so. This is especially important to ensure security with confidential information. In addition, the US Postal Services are experiencing an unusually high volume of mail which leads to unintended delays with deliveries.

Since employers are required to obtain approvals from employees to discontinue distribution of paper W-2 Forms, your enrollment in this process designates your approval for receipt of Electronic W-2 Forms.

Please enroll using the following steps:

• • Log in to the Duke@Work self-service website.
• • Select the top row to highlight the election to make the change.
• • Click on "Receive W-2 Online" to discontinue receipt of paper W-2 Forms.
• • Click on the New Election Option.
• • Select “OK” on the pop-up box to save your change.
• • Log off Duke@Work, and close your browser window.
