Getting to Know You... Getting To Know All About Nanika Rhodes

We have another opportunity to learn more about our staff who help to make DUSON the destination for outstanding talent. In this issue, we're getting to know Nanika Rhodes, building support coordinator, who has been with Duke for 15 years.

Q: What would you sing at Karaoke?
A: Let's Groove by Earth Wind & Fire.

Q: What animal most closely resembles your personality?
A: A hummingbird.

Q: Where is your favorite place to vacation?
A: Caribbean all inclusive resort destinations are about the same (food, amenities, and weather). My favorite was in Punta Cana Dominican Republic.

Q: If you could go back in time to change one thing, what would it be?
A: I would change my major in college. I really didn't know what I wanted to be.

Q: What kitchen appliance do you use everyday?
A: Air Fryer.

Q: Who would you want to play you in a movie of your life?
A: Naturi Naughton

Q: What is your favorite thing about your career?
A: Getting things fixed expeditiously!! For example, a person needs to get into their office and they just need me to pen the door. Knowing that I can fix the problem quickly without stress is good to me.
