Cristina C. Hendrix, chair of the Clinical Health Systems & Analytics Division, was the keynote speaker at the first National Interprofessional Geriatric Conference on December 3. The event was hosted by the Durham VA Health Care System for the Elder Care in Hospital Program (ECHo). Participants had the opportunity to hear about current evidence-based best practices in geriatric care.
