Hurry! Get Your Flu Shot by Wednesday!

The flu shot deadline for Duke faculty, staff and students is quickly approaching. The flu shot is required for all regular rank faculty, clinical instructors, clinical nurse educators, seminar leaders and other part-time instructors and post-doctoral fellows. In addition, all research staff who will be present in a clinical environment or will have contact with research subjects in any setting are also required to receive an annual flu shot. Those in each of these categories must receive their flu vaccinations by Wednesday, November 1, 2017. If you received your flu shot off-campus, please be sure to email your paperwork to EOHWflu@dm.duke.edu and include your Duke unique ID.
