I Just Called To Say.... Thank You!

Duke Health will be hosting our 2016 Thank-a-thon on Monday, Oct. 10th. We will be making hundreds of phone calls to our donors to extend our thanks for their support this past year. Other areas in Health like Cancer and Children’s have a wonderful volunteer base who helps make calls, but as you may know, the School of Nursing is a bit smaller and we do not have a big volunteer alumni base. We are looking for a few great friends to staff the phone bank to help us complete as many “thank you” calls as possible in one day. A single call goes a long way toward making our generous donors feel appreciated.

Shifts are two hours and will start at 11 a.m. and will run until 7 p.m. A script and training will be provided for each volunteer. Volunteers are encouraged to arrive 30 minutes prior to their shift to allow time for parking and a brief training. Snacks will be provided. Even having a few folks to help would be terrific!

1:00pm-3:00pm

3:00pm-5:00pm

5:00pm-7:00pm
