As you may recall, last fall the People & Environment Core Values Strategy Team successfully worked with SMD Consulting to develop and administer a Core Values Survey. This survey was designed to gather information about how we as a community can continue to build a more respectful and supportive environment.

More than 75 percent of our faculty and staff completed the survey! Before our work with this valuable feedback begins, I want to share the results of the survey with you at a school-wide luncheon on Tuesday, March 6th from Noon to 1:00 p.m. in Pearson 1014. 

At this luncheon, a representative from SMD will share with us the detailed survey results. We will also outline our next steps in prioritizing areas of focus to further support the culture of our school community.
