Maryellen Kelly, assistant professor, presented an abstract podium presentation virtually at the European Society for Paediatric Urology Annual Meeting on September 22. The project presented was tilted “Time to define what is constipation for spina bifida patients.” It presented a new consensus definition of constipation in this patient population from a group of collaborators from the Spina Bifida Association, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, University of Minnesota, Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin and adults with spina bifida and parents of children with spina bifida.
