Message from the Dean: Strategic Plan Midpoint Update

Our School stands at the midpoint of our strategic plan implementation, an important milestone! Thank you all for your continued support. We have published our Strategic Plan Midpoint Update, and I invite you to learn more about our progress.  

I would like to welcome AMC Strategies back to DUSON. AMC Strategies developed our strategic plan in 2016, and will engage with our community to review our implementation progress and update our strategic plan. 

On January 15 and 16, AMC will lead focus group interviews with over 70 invited DUSON community members to gather input on each of our strategic focus areas. The review will continue with a school-wide strategic plan survey in February, followed by a visit with the Dean's Executive Committee to review results in March. 

We will publish an updated strategic plan in April 2019, and continue our work together to forward our goals.
