Morgan and Smallheer Present at STTI Research Congress in Australia

Brett Morgan and Benjamin Smallheer recently gave a presentation entitled "Identifying Strategies for Addressing Perceived Barriers to Education for Pre-Licensure Male Nursing Students" at the Sigma Theta Tau International (STTI) Research Congress in Melbourne, Australia. The presentation highlighted research being conducted by Brett Morgan, Benjamin Smallheer, Margie Molloy and Helen Gordon on the experiences of male nursing students. 

Morgan delivered a separate podium presentation entitled "A Low-Cost Method for Simulating a Cricothyrotomy Procedure in a Ghanaian Nurse Anesthesia Program." The presentation described innovative teaching methods designed and implemented by Chris Muckler and Brett Morgan as part of a distance-based nurse anesthesia program in Ghana. 

Smallheer also delivered a separate podium presentation entitled "Social Support and Self-Efficacy's Influence on Helplessness Following and Acute Myocardial Infarction." The presentation highlighted Smallheer's research on the phenomenon of helplessness in post-MI patients.
