MSN and DNP alumna Becky McKenzie was recently appointed as Duke University Hospital's (DUH) Assistant Vice President for Perioperative Services.

Prior to her new role, McKenzie served as an administrative director within perioperative services at DUH. She also held several leadership positions of increasing responsibility within the Duke Heart Center during her early tenure at DUH. In addition to her leadership in those two areas, she served as clinical lead for the construction of the Duke Medicine Pavilion. McKenzie maintains a Clinical Associate, Adjunct Faculty appointment in the Duke University School of Nursing.
