MSN student Cherith Godwin represented DUSON at the Association of American Medical Colleges' 2019 "Learn Serve Lead" Conference in Phoenix. She is co-leader for a collaborative student-led initiative called the Duke Navigators Program, which was invited to speak about their project. She was one of five student presenters to present their work, and the only nurse or nurse practitioner student.
