MSN Student Powell Selected as One of Top 150 Nurses for Houston Chronicle Salute to Nurses

Steven Powell, MSN student, was recently selected to join the ranks of Houston's most esteemed group of health care professionals as one of the Top 150 Nurses for 2019's Houston Chronicle Salute to Nurses.

During National Nurse’s Week, the Houston Chronicle will honor Powell during their annual Salute to Nurses Luncheon on Thursday, May 2 and in the Salute to Nurses Special Section on Sunday, May 5. 

Powell's contributions and efforts were recognized by patients or colleagues as someone who has made a tangible, positive impact in the nursing community.
