Chris Muckler, associate professor, recently presented "Crisis Resource Management: Aspiration" at the North Carolina Association of Nurse Anesthetists' (NCANA) Annual Meeting in Cherokee, North Carolina. 

Muckler also led an afternoon simulation session focused on aspiration and the use of cognitive aids. This event served as the inaugural simulation scenario experience for an NCANA meeting and was well-received. DUSON student registered nurse anesthetists Emelia Gubrud, Carra Wainwright, Jessica Bennett, Rachel Collins and Linda Hinton served to assist and facilitate the experience with Muckler.
