NCFON One of 10 Action Coalitions to Receive Award

Congratulations are officially in order! The North Carolina Future of Nursing Action Coalition (NCFON) is one of 10 action coalitions supporting project proposals that have been selected to receive a 2020 Nursing Innovations Fund award. The Campaign’s announcement includes a brief description of the NC project, and the press release on NC A&T’s website provides more details. Many thanks go to Lenora Campbell, the dean for the College of Health and Human Sciences at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, for developing the proposal! Valerie Howard, vice dean of Academic Affairs, serves as the director of the NC coalition, and many DUSON faculty and alumni leaders serve on the executive committee. Stefanie Conrad, Academic Affairs special projects analyst, supports the efforts.
