New Training Resources Page Launched for DUSON Staff and Administrative Assistants
DUSON just created a new place where staff in administrative support roles can find easy access to training resources that will help them in their roles. The resources listed on this page will grow over time. “We have an incredible group of talented staff, administrative and executive assistants her at DUSON – maybe even the best on campus. We wanted to create one place for these administrative professionals to easily access training for key parts of their jobs. You’ll notice that an element of the training includes designating some more experienced assistants as go-to people who can help those who may not be as comfortable with things like scheduling meetings, managing calendars and coordinating travel. We think this colleague-to-colleague best practices or tips and tricks sharing could be really helpful,” said Dave Bowersox, associate dean for finance and administration.
