Plans were recently finalized to convert the 3rd floor Pearson North Wing lounge into a treadmill meeting room. The new space will include six treadmill workstations arranged in a meeting configuration facing each other and supported by a newly installed AV set up. The room will be an option in the Meeting Room Manager system like any other meeting room. This is part of our DUSON Wellness initiative to provide opportunities for movement, while also supporting work/life balance. More details about the room and treadmills will be shared when it is ready for use. 

The renovation includes moving the existing lounge entrance door and glass wall back a few feet so the kitchen is accessible directly from the hallway.  This will also allow room for tables and chairs in the new hall/open area that connects to the kitchen. 

Construction work is set to begin April 18 and last 3-4 weeks. The kitchen will be closed for some of that time. We are sorry for the disruption this will cause and look forward to more walking meetings!
