Nursing Students Without Borders Host Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Training for Medical Professionals

Nursing Students Without Borders recently hosted a domestic violence and sexual assault training for medical professionals. Thirty students from DUSON and Duke University School of Medicine attended the training, ran by the Durham Crisis Response Center.  Attendees learned about medical documentation, SANE nursing, potential signs of abuse and how to screen and interview patients.
