Marilyn Oermann, Thelma M. Ingles Professor of Nursing, received an APEX 2021 Award of Excellence for Editorial & Advocacy Writing. The award was for her editorial in "Nurse Educator:" "COVID-19 Disruptions to Clinical Education: Nurse Educators Rise to the Challenges." The APEX Awards is an annual competition for publishers, editors, writers and designers who create print, web, electronic and social media.
