  • Monday June 20 from 12:30 to 1:30 four groups of ABSN students will be speaking about their recent global health experiences in Barbados, Honduras, Nicaragua and Tanzania. Members of the community are invited to learn about their adventures as the students share the purpose, goals and outcomes of these experiences and how their time abroad has impacted them as students, people and future nurses. • Dr. Minjoo Hong Presents Research on Social Determinants of Health in Korean Older Adults
  • Wednesday May 18th visiting scholar Dr. Minjoo Hong, PhD, RN, presented her research on social determinants of health and the quality of life in Korean older adults in South Korea and in North Carolina. She presented her research in conjunction with her faculty mentor, Dr. Jennie De Gagne, PhD, DNP, RN-BC, CNE.
