OGACHI Celebrates 10 Years of Global Partnerships

Duke University School of Nursing's Office of Global and Community Health Initiatives (OGACHI) recently celebrated 10 years of global partnership with Kilimanjaro Christian Medical Center in Moshi, Tanzania and the Barbados Community College and Barbados Ministry of Health in Bridgetown, Barbados. 

OGACHI sent commemorative plaques with ABSN clinical groups and instructors to present and Barbara Hotelling presented the plaques to key individuals at Barbados Community College and Barbados Ministry of Health during their orientation.

Jane Blood Siegfried also presented a plaque to the Kilimanjaro Christian Medical Center. 

Additionally, the School was recently featured in an article entitled "A working partnership" published on Barbados Today commemorating the ten-year partnership between Barbados Community College and DUSON. Read the full story here.
