​DUSON and OGACHI welcome international visiting scholar, Qing Wu, PhD student at the Second Military Medical University School of Nursing in Shanghai, China. Wu will have a one-year mentored and professional development experience working under the guidance of Kristen Corazzini.

During her time at DUSON, she will:

• Learn about person-centered geriatric care from the perspective of the US health care system, including nursing home resident, family and nursing staff engagement in care.
• Participate in two courses:
  • N907-Overview of Chronic Illness and Care Systems
  • N908 Context of Chronic Illness and Care Systems
• Participate in student research-related activities, including research seminars.
• Present a one-hour colloquium to the DUSON community as required for the Visiting Research Scholar program

In addition, she will present a one hour colloquium on global health while at DUSON. An announcement will be forthcoming in the near future.
