Online: Expressive Writing for Resilience Related to COVID-19 with John Evans
Are you stressed and frustrated with the recent events of COVID-19? Feeling depressed, anxious or scared? Join Expressive Writing Coach, John Evans, and the Duke Health Humanities Lab in a special online six-week online workshop series of Expressive Writing every Friday from March 27 - May 1 from 12:30 to 2 p.m. on Zoom.
Research has shown that Expressive Writing helps by decreasing feelings of stress, anxiety, and rumination, while increasing levels of resilience. This workshop is open for students, faculty, staff and the community. No writing experience is necessary!
