Iris Padilla recently presented a poster entitlted "Development of an Interprofessional Education Unit at Duke Regional Hospital" at the National Academies of Practice (NAP) Conference in Atlanta, GA. 

The National Academies of Practice Annual Meeting and Forum boasts highly engaged and interactive participation, with more than 200 attendees from all 14 NAP Academies. The conference included keynote speakers, educational sessions, interactive group work sessions and networking. There were opportunities for interprofessional policy discussions, learning about contemporary interprofessional research, engaging in action strategy discussions to advance NAP's mission and vision, networking with colleagues across health professions, engaging with individual academy colleagues and celebrating and welcoming new distinguished fellows to NAP.
