DUSON’s Sigma Beta Epsilon chapter has awarded Remi Misiewicz, PhD student, a Rising Stars of Research and Scholarship monetary award to attend and present her research at Sigma’s 46th Biennial Convention, that will occur in Indianapolis, Indiana, from November 6 to 10. She will disseminate her research by presenting a poster titled "Activated Self-management in Adolescent and Young Adult Cancer Survivors: Concept Exploration" with the help of her mentor, Sharron Docherty, assistant dean, PhD in Nursing Program. Sigma’s mission is to develop nurse leaders anywhere to improve health care everywhere.
