PhD Student Cao Selected as AAUW Fellow

Congratulations to PhD student Jiepin Cao for being selected as an American Association of University Women (AAUW) International Doctoral fellow for the 2020-21 award year. Fellows are selected based on their scholarly promise, academic achievement, and demonstrated commitment to women and girls. As one of the largest funders of women’s graduate education, AAUW has been investing in women pursuing scholarly work and community projects that advancing the rights of women and girls since 1881. Rosa Gonzalez-Guarda, associate professor, Janice Humphreys, professor, and Susan Silva, associate professor, are Cao’s advisors.
