PhD student Hanzhang Xu recently presented a poster at the American Heart Association 2017 Scientific Sessions in Anaheim, California. Her poster presentation was entitled "Self-reported Health Status and 30-Day Hospital Readmission in Cardiovascular Disease." Co-authors include Bradi Granger and experts from the Department of Population Health Sciences, Duke Clinical Research Institute and the Duke Office of Clinical Research.
