Richard-Eaglin Leads Development of Webinar Series

Angela Richard-Eaglin, assistant professor and chair of the National Organization of Nurse Practitioner Faculties (NONPF) Diversity Special Interest Group (SIG), led efforts in developing a three-part webinar series entitled "Eliminating Microaggressions in Academia." Richard-Eaglin and Iris Padilla, assistant professor and co-chair of the NONPF Diversity SIG, presented in part one of the series entitled "Creating a Culture of Trust." Richard-Eaglin will present part two, "Developing Awareness of Microaggressions in Academia," on August 26 and part three, "Moving From Awareness to Action," on September 10. Members of NONPF who are interested in in attending can visit the NONPF website to register.
