The School of Nursing Beta Epsilon Chapter of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing was recognized for its work in fulfilling the Showcase of Regional Excellence (SRE) Presidential Call-to-Action to Catalyze and Collaborate. The SRE is designed to recognize the good work of the chapter in relation to the President Call to Action.

Recognition is given at the regional level and spans the course of the biennium. Chapters recognized through the 2017-2019 biennium will receive a certificate and have their name posted on the Sigma website. Recipients wil also be recognized during regional meetings at Sigma's 45th Biennial Convention in November.
