Shaw Featured in Duke Alumni Event in Washington D.C.

DUSON partnered with the Pratt School of Engineering and the School of Medicine for an event in Washington D.C. focusing on an innovative partnership between the three schools. The purpose of this event was to highlight the research, innovation, and entrepreneurship at Duke University that resulted in the creation of a patient mobility product, Zephyr Mobility. 

Speakers included Dean Broome, Mary E. Klotman and Ravi Bellemkonda, as well as faculty members who have been involved with Zephyr Mobility including Ryan Shaw, Bill Walker - engineering, Micky Cohen-Wolkoweicz and Sam Fox, engineering alum who created Zephyr Mobility. The program was moderated by Kelley Redbord, Duke Health Board of Visitors member.
