Denise Williams has been promoted from User Services Specialist to Computer Operations Manager. She will continue to be the Lead Systems Administrator for Infrastructure, and assume the role of IT Manager for the IT Service Desk.

Jeffrey Clark has been promoted from Computer Technician III to Computing Facilities Specialist. Jeffrey will now be the Team Lead for IT Service Desk, providing Tier 2/3 support to SON users. Also, Jeffrey will be assisting with Tier 1 Infrastructure tasks.

Will Lassiter will be returning to SON-IT as a Computer Technician on December 2.  He will be providing additional IT Analyst support to the SON-IT Service Desk.
