Staff Members Falls and Fleming Earn Duke Customer Service Excellence Certificates
Staff members William "Will" Falls and Nicole Fleming recently completed the requirements for the Duke University Learning and Organizational Development Customer Service Excellence Certificate.
The certificate program is designed to help maximize success through the introduction of new skills and knowledge. With a focus on leveraging an individual’s current experience and understanding, while also provide individuals with additional insight and perspective, core workshops help prepare participants to maximize their professional growth and success.
As part of the Customer Service Excellence Certificate program, Falls and Fleming had to complete three core requirements in Customer Service Excellence, Communicating with Diplomacy and Tact, and Conflict Resolution.
Certificates were given at the 2016 Certificate Awards Ceremony held at the Nasher Museum on October 27.
