Survey Available for Health Care Workers Who've Been Diagnosed with COVID

covid graphicBetsy Allen, MSN student, has been working as part of a six-member interprofessional research team to conduct a study about health care workers diagnosed with COVID-19. This will include MDs, nurses, nurse aides, NPs, OT, OT assistants, PT, PT assistants, PAs, social work, respiratory therapists, speech therapists, and any health care technicians (lab, EMT, radiology, etc.). 

If you fall into one of the above groups and have been diagnosed with COVID-19, please complete the survey online, if possible. The study is titled “Perspective of US Health Care Workers diagnosed with COVID-19." The purpose is to investigate the perspective of US health care workers mentioned above.

Participation is voluntary, confidential, and participants may discontinue the survey at any time. Researchers will not have access to names/answers.

Research is approved by American International College IRB office.
