TEDxDuke Presents UnFamiliar

The TEDxDuke conference presents "Unfamiliar" on Sunday, February 9 at Reynolds Industries Theater at 11 a.m. Admission for Duke students and faculty is free and $10 for general admission. Tickets are required for entry can be purchased at the Duke Box Office or online at tedxduke.com/register.

TED began as a conference where Technology, Entertainment, and Design converged. TED events start on a global scale, but through independently-run TEDx events - like the Duke and Durham community - can spark conversation and connection through local TED-like experiences. This year, the theme is (un)familiar! The idea of this theme is to challenge what we think we know. Come learn about all of the novel breakthroughs that are happening right here at Duke!
