Thanksgiving Holiday Office Hours at DUSON

As the holiday season quickly approaches, make note that DUSON will be closed on Thanksgiving. The exterior and interior electronic doors will be locked starting at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, November 23. The building will not re-open until 6:30 a.m., Monday, November 28.* Also, make note of the following office hours for the respective areas of DUSON for the Thanksgiving holiday, Thursday, November 24 - Friday, November 25. 

Business Office will have limited staff on Wednesday, November 23 and will be closed Thursday and Friday.

Cafe DUSON will close Wednesday at 2 p.m. and will be closed Thursday and Friday.

Center for Nursing Research will be closed Thursday and Friday.

CITDL will be closed on Thursday and Friday. CITDL will be on-call 24/7 to work with students who are having issues accessing their course resources. If you are having problems that require attention, please call 919-684-9200 or email at citdl@mc.duke.edu.

CND will close at 12 p.m. on Wednesday, November 23 and will be closed Thursday and Friday.

Facilities will be closed Thursday and Friday. In case of emergency, contact E&O at 919-684-3232.

Financial Aid will have limited staff on Tuesday, November 22 and will be closed Wednesday through Friday.

Institutional Research will be closed Thursday and Friday.

Mail Services will not be running Thursday and Friday. If a package needs to be sent out by FedEx on Friday, sender will need to call FedEx directly at 800-GOFEDEX.

Office of Admissions and Student Services will be closed Thursday and will be available on Friday by phone at 919-684-4248 or by email at SONAdmissions@dm.duke.edu for Admissions and SONStudentServices@dm.duke.edu for Student Services.

Office of the Dean will be closed Thursday and Friday.

Office of the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs will be closed Thursday and Friday.

Office of the Executive Vice Dean will close Wednesday, November 23 at 12 p.m. and will be closed Thursday and Friday.

OGACHI will be closed Thursday and Friday.

*Faculty, staff and students will need their Duke ID badge to enter the building and/or suite doors during the holiday break.
