Transitioning from Meeting Room Manager to EMS
As we near our transition from Meeting Room Manager to our new room scheduling software, EMS, the implementation team will transfer all current reservations to the new software.
From July 27 until August 4, the implementation team will be testing the software; and both Meeting Room Manager and EMS will be offline.
Please enter your Meeting Room Manager reservations by July 26. After July 26 no additional room reservations can be made in Meeting Room Manager. If you have an urgent need, please contact Nanika Rhodes at nanika.rhodes@duke.edu for any reservations between July 27 and August 4.
Starting August 5, EMS will be live and available for use. Training materials and short tutorial videos will be distributed to all faculty and staff prior to August 5.
