Volunteers Needed for 2017 Thank-A-Thon

Duke Health will be hosting our 2017 Thank-a-thon on FRIDAY, Oct. 13. We will be making hundreds of phone calls to our donors to extend our thanks for their support this past year. We are looking for a few great friends (students, faculty, staff and alumni) to staff the phone bank and help us complete as many “thank you” calls as possible in one day! A single call goes a long way toward making our generous donors feel appreciated.

Shifts are two hours and will start at 10 a.m. and will run until 6 p.m. A script and training will be provided for each volunteer. Volunteers are encouraged to arrive 30 minutes prior to their shift to allow time for parking and a brief training. Snacks and parking passes will be provided. There will also be raffles and a meet and great with the Blue Devil this year.  Come out to make some calls and join the fun!  See the attached flyer for more details.

Shift Times (arrive 30 minutes prior to shift time for parking and training):

• 10:00am-12:00pm (time slot full) 
• 12:00pm-2:00pm
• 2:00pm-4:00pm
• 4:00pm-6:00pm
