The Center for Nursing Research would like to announce the appointment of Julia Walker as the Lead of the Precision Health Research Area of Excellence.    

Precision health capitalizes on advances in technologies and their increasing prevalence in genomics and digital health. We use the term health rather than medicine, nursing, or health care in this focus area because we emphasize interdisciplinary study and the use of precision technologies and approaches to help individuals (and thereby, populations) achieve greater health and well-being.
