As the winter holiday season quickly approaches, please note that Duke University School of Nursing (DUSON) will be closed Monday, December 25 and Monday, January 1.

Also, the exterior doors will be locked with badge access only starting Monday, December 18 through Tuesday, January 2.  Interior doors will be on normal schedule since this is the time of year where EVS will be doing a deep cleaning of all common areas, meeting rooms, CND space, and classrooms. 

The building will be closed on Christmas Day, Dec. 25 and New Year’s Day, Jan.1 as well. If there are any emergency issues, please contact E & O at 919-684-3232.

Cafe DUSON will be closed from Friday, Dec. 22 through Wednesday, Jan. 3.

CITDL will be closed Monday, Dec. 25, Tuesday, Dec. 26 and Monday, Jan 1. CITDL will be on-call during normal business hours to work with students who are having issues accessing their course resources. Center for Nursing Discovery will be closed Monday, Dec. 25 through Friday, Dec. 29.

Center for Nursing Research will be closed Monday, Dec. 25 and Tuesday, Dec. 26 with limited coverage between Wednesday, Dec. 27 through Tuesday, Jan. 2.

Development and Alumni Affairs Office will be closed on Monday, Dec. 25 and Tuesday, Dec. 26.

DNP Program will be closed Monday, Dec. 25 through Friday, Dec. 29.

Facility Department will be closed Monday, Dec. 25 and Monday, Jan. 1. In case of emergency, contact E&O at 919-684-3232.

Financial Aid will have limited staff availability Friday, Dec. 22 through Friday, Dec. 29, and will be closed on Monday, Dec. 25 and Monday, Jan. 1.

Institutional Research will be closed Monday, Dec. 25 and Monday, Jan. 1.

Marketing and Communications Department will be closed Monday, Dec. 25 and Tuesday, Dec. 26 as well as Monday, Jan. 1.

MSN Program will be closed Friday, Dec. 22 through Tuesday, Dec. 26 and Monday, Jan. 1.

Office Student Services will be closed Monday, Dec. 25 and Tuesday, Dec. 26 as well as Monday, Jan. 1.

Office of the Dean will be closed Monday, Dec. 25 and Tuesday, Dec. 26 as well as Monday, Jan. 1 and Tuesday, Jan. 2.

Office of the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs will be closed Friday, Dec. 22 through Tuesday, Dec. 26 and Monday, Jan. 1.

Office of the Executive Vice Dean will be closed Monday, Dec. 25 and Tuesday, Dec. 26 as well as Monday, Jan. 1 and Tuesday, Jan. 2.

OGACHI will be closed from noon Friday, Dec. 22 through Wednesday, Dec. 27 and from noon Thursday, Dec. 28 through Wednesday, Jan 3.

PhD Program will be closed Friday, Dec. 22 through Monday, Jan. 1.
